2023 RATES AND DATES
TMS Discovery Day Camp Sessions 2023
*PLEASE NOTE: Multiple Session discounts will be applied to your account AFTER you have submitted your registration. You will receive an updated statement before your full payment is due on May 1st 2023.
Discovery Day Camp will operate from June 26, 2023 to August 18, 2023, in two-week sessions. Those sessions are as follows:
Session 1- Monday June 26th, 2023 – Friday July 7th, 2023 (Please note camp will be closed on Monday July 3rd for the Canada Day holiday)
Session 2- Monday July 10th, 2023 – Friday July 21st, 2023
Session 3- Monday July 24th, 2023 – Friday August 4th, 2023
Session 4- Monday August 7th, 2023- Friday August 18th, 2023 (Please note camp will be closed on Monday August 7th for the Civic holiday)
Rates for Discovery Day Camp 4-6 year old Program and Grade 1-6 Program are as follows:
- 1 Session- $1500
- 2 Sessions- $3000
- 3 Sessions- $4050
- 4 Sessions- $5100
For sessions 1 and 4, the rate will be prorated to accommodate for camp being 9 days. This will be reflected within the online registration form.
Rates for Discovery Day Camp Leaders-In-Training (Grade 6, 7 & 8 graduates) and Counsellors-In-Training (Grade 9 graduates) Programs are as follows:
**Please note that we do not run LIT or CIT programs during Session 1. **
- 1 Session- $1250 (Monday July 24 - Friday August 4, 2023)
Registration Policies
Each application must be accompanied by a $500 deposit for it to be accepted
The following is included in the fees: daily lunches, morning and afternoon snacks, camper knapsack, and t-shirt.
All applications must be completed through our online registration system. All fees must be paid in full by May 1st.
For cancellations made for any reason up until May 1st, there will be a $250 administrative fee per camper.
Any cancellations made after June 1st, there will be no refund made. There will be no refunds for missed days of camp for any reason.
