An 8 year old camper writes...
I was taught how to take pictures with a digital camera! Now I can create and do things on my own - everyone gets to see what I did over the summer and my friends think it is great! Met tons of other students my age from all over - great experience!
A 10 year old camper writes...
I learned all the basics of robotics under the guidance of our expert camp instructors. I constructed simple machines and built the programs to make them work! It was really a scientific experience!
I Wanna Dance!
A 10 year old camper writes...
Learning the basics of movement and dance - what fun! I learned a bunch of styles and they were all fun! We had a great teacher who showed us the moves and how to step to the music. We were all creative and used what we learned to move to the music. It was fun meeting the other kids and creating something original every week!
Staff in Training (SIT)
A 14 year old camper writes...I learned leadership skills, how to plan and organize activities for large groups, First Aid and CPR training, and was able to apply what I learned in a real camp environment. Discovery Day Camp gave me the skills and practical experience!
