Titan Community!
Hi All, I hope you find yourself in good health and have found different (and creative!) ways to stay active at home this past week. I know that our MYP students in HPE have been given many resources and daily physical activity tasks shared by their Teachers to help them stay active – DP students, how have you got your sweat on during this time? I have a few announcements and initiatives below that I would like to share with you, I really hope you can all join in and stay active as a Titan Community. Please continue to email me your feedback, issues and concerns regarding Athletics. For now, hopefully below will answer some of your questions:
How can I stay active at home? See below some ideas for next week and the future!
The Friday HIIT class will run the following format:
o Quick Warm-Up
o Series of 6 exercises (cardio + resistance exercises) – 1 minute each, 15 second rest in between – 3 sets! If you would like to add intensity – please bring weights, exercise bands or even household items that you can put in a backpack (water jogs, canned food, milk jugs etc) to add extra weight and resistance! However, weights not mandatory! Also have a towel and water handy. I prefer to use a yoga mat for floor exercises, but also optional.
o 3 minutes of Abs to finish
o Cool Down/Stretch
On Monday AM, Ms. Masoudi will be running Zumba @ 8:15 AM – use the same link as above to join in!
What is going to happen with Spring CISAA Sports?
How will I complete my Athletic Pillar in Term 3?
That’s all for now, please stay active, continue to be socially distant and responsible.
GO TITANS!

This Season, we had the privilege of not only hosting CISAA Championships at our new Lower School Gym, we also had our first showcase game where our SR Boys Basketball team versed RLC. It was amazing to have the opportunity to play in this spectacular new facility and also witness the energy, titan pride and sense of Community felt by all. We hope to see many more experiences like this next year!
In the CISAA, we continue to make TMS known! We compete at a high level, with class, sportsmanship and pride. Our amount of success is not only measured in our Championship wins, but the character, pride and personal development we observe in our Athletes as the season endures. We hope to see many students come out for Spring Teams, training commencing the week after March Break.
We would like to thank Gauthaman R for his outstanding MC skills as our Student Athletic Chair as well as Chloe B and Akshen S who spent many hours creating our TMS Winter Athletic Highlight Video. Please click the link to enjoy!

As many of you know, this past year, TMS partnered with Elite Basketball and Venom Volleyball to help provide high caliber training for our Athletes at both the Lower School and Upper School. We will continue this partnership next year, and we will have even more opportunities for our Athletes to participate in.
