Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium onion chopped small piece
2 carrots peeled and chopped large pieces
2 stalks celery chopped large pieces
5 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup cooked chopped chicken
1.5 cups raw pasta noodles. Preferably small size pasta.
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil (canola or avocado)

Method
Sautéed onion on medium heat with oil for 3 minutes Add carrots and celery and keep stirring for 5 minutes. Add tsp salt and pinch of pepper.

Add chicken and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and stir. Turn heat off and cover pot. Let sit for 20-30 mins until noodles are cooked. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
