Co-Curricular Programs

2023-2024

This term, we will once again be using the same online registration portal as some of you may have already used for Extra-Curricular and Extended Care programs last year. There will be no fees collected for Co-Curricular programs. Program registration is on a first come, first served basis. There are a limited number of students that can be accepted in each program.

Online registration provides the following benefits:

• Parents will have the convenience of real-time registration, you won't have to make a trip to TMS to drop-off your registration form.
• Your family profile and student information is stored so you won't need to continuously enter your information each time when registering.
• You can start the registration process and then login later on to finish and submit.
• You help us make this process a green initiative - reducing paper waste across our School.

TMS is continuing to work with Brainrunner to bring our families an online registration system. Brainrunner has extensive experience working with camps and have a proven online software platform. We look forward to working with them during the school year as they help us facilitate our before and after care programs.

Creating New Accounts: For those that have never created an account or registered for a program in Term 1, we are opening the account side of the registration system on August 8 10:00 AM to August 10 at 4:00 PM. We also suggest that returning users should make sure they can log in. We suggest that you do this so that when the course registration opens, you will be ready to proceed with program registration. We also highly suggest you review the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS to know how to setup an account and what registration will look like.

Registration opens on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 10 AM.  

REGISTER FOR CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMS

DEADLINE: August 22, 2023 4:00 PM

We are unable to process late enrollment after August 22, 2023.

In order to register parents must complete the online registration form and submit payment by August 22, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

Your classroom number is needed to set up and complete registration. If you have not received your class placement letter or have misplaced it  you may call the school starting August 8th and they will help you with it.

• Please note that the Term 2 Co-Curricular programs will open for registration in November and Term 3 will open for registration in February.
• TMS may add, change or remove programs in terms 2 and 3 as the year progresses.
• There is a minimum number of students required to sign up for each program in order for the program to operate.
